We’re Fabrice and Laurent—childhood friends from the French countryside, now baking handmade biscuits in California.
Inspired by Fabrice’s grandmother Elise and the French tradition of quatre heures, we created Douceur Elise to turn simple biscuits into meaningful moments.
Each one is made by hand, using the timeless Le Petit Beurre recipe and embossed with a personal message to share, celebrate, and connect.
